- Stem erect or spreading, branched, hairy.
- Basal leaves in rosette, alternate, light-green. Leaves hairy, yellowish-green, 3-lobed or ternate, with cut and toothed segments.
- Flowers light-yellow, their peduncle furrowed, rather large, petals longer than the calyx. Receptacle hairy with small and numerous carpels.
- Fruit smooth, beak upward curving.
