- Flowers small, greenish, without calyx and corolla, in umbels.

- Fruit: glabrous, finely verrucose, capsule with three one-seeded valves.

- Rare in cultivated fields.

- Not to be confused with: Euphorbia exigua, Euphorbia helioscopia, Euphorbia peplus.
