The occurence of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in agricultural soils
New publication in "Cellular Microbiology and Infection" from a project manage in partnership with the CNRS and Ecole Nationale Veterinaire de Lyon (UMR 5557 Microbial Ecology). The project determined (via molecular detection tools and cultivation) the survival of microbial pathogens in soil in relation to management of organic amendments. The results show a low survival of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in agricultural soils despite the potential contribution that represent organic amendments.
