- Flowers reddish or purple, 5-9 mm long, 5-8 in umbels on peduncles longer than the leaf. Bracteoles ovate, obtuse, cordate at the base. Sepals mucronate, glandular -pubescent, 3-5-veind. Petals obovate, distant.

- Fruit with a beak 2-3 cm long.

- Plant protected in Brittany (decree 23/07/87). [France].
