-Cotyledons elliptical or ovate, petiolate with hairs underneath.
-Leaves opposite oblong (6x3 mm).

-Stem erect branched.
-Leaves opposite linear lanceolate entire or slightly denticulate with cilia on the edge. The lower petiolate and the upper sessile.
-Flowers white in capitulum, isolated or in small groups (2 or 3) pedunculate or within leaf axil; central flowers tubular, the exterior ones ligulate ; receptacle with palea, linear and ciliate, involucre comprised of 2 rows of bracts.
-Fruits : achenes (2-3 mm long ), central ones rounded, the external three-sided.
