- Cotyledons elliptical to ovate, with tip rounded, more or less petiolate, small (4-5 x3 mm).
- Entire leaves, lanceolate, more or less dentate, pilose

- Stem erect branched and very hairy.
- Basal leaves in rosette. Leaves oblong, lanceolate, green-whitish, tomentose and soft. Lower leaves dentate or sinuated; upper leaves widen at base, sessile and entire.
- Flower lemon-yellow, ligulate, in capitulum, with pedicel and hairy-glandulous bracts.
- Fruits: achenes of 1 mm long topped in white, reddish aigrette of 1,5 cm.
